These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to operational text message alerts sent by Eletech (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to authorized contacts and administrators.
This SMS program is for internal operational alerts only. It is not used for marketing, advertising, fundraising, or promotional purposes.
Eletech uses SMS messaging to notify authorized contacts and administrators about time-
sensitive elevator emergencies, maintenance alerts, dispatch updates, and other operational
events.
Examples of SMS alerts may include:
SMS messages are sent only to authorized contacts and administrators.
This program is not intended for the general public or unauthorized individuals.
By replying LOGIN to an SMS invitation from Eletech, you consent to receive text messages from Eletech related to elevator emergencies, dispatch updates, call summary reports, maintenance alerts, and other operational notifications.
Contacts are enrolled in the SMS program by their elevator company through the Eletech portal. Once enrolled, contacts receive an SMS invitation message with a consent disclosure. By replying LOGIN, the contact confirms their consent to receive operational SMS alerts.
Message frequency varies based on operational needs and elevator activity. Messages may be occasional, recurring, or time-sensitive depending on the nature of the alert. Contacts who have opted in will receive messages each time an elevator emergency or maintenance call is handled for their designated elevators.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile phone plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this SMS program unless you opt in again by replying START or LOGIN.
You may also reply LOGOUT to temporarily pause messages. Reply LOGIN at any time to resume receiving messages.

Eletech uses mobile phone numbers only for the purpose of sending operational SMS alerts and related communications.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Eletech does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the SMS messaging platform, such as SMS delivery or technology providers, and only as needed to provide the service.
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eletech may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
