Eletech uses SMS/text messaging solely for internal operational communications with authorized administrators and contacts designated by elevator companies. SMS messages are used to notify contacts about elevator emergencies, dispatch updates, maintenance alerts, and other related operational notifications. This SMS program is intended only for operational communications with authorized contacts and is not used for marketing, advertising, promotional, fundraising, or solicitation purposes.

Contacts are enrolled in the SMS program by their elevator company through the Eletech portal. Once enrolled, contacts receive an SMS invitation message with a consent disclosure. By replying LOGIN, the contact confirms their consent to receive operational SMS alerts. Consent is documented and retained for compliance purposes.

Eletech Alerts: You have been invited to receive alerts for [Elevator Company Name]. By
replying LOGIN, you consent to receive elevator alerts (e.g., call summaries, dispatch updates,
etc.). Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for
assistance. Reply LOGIN to subscribe.
Eletech Alerts: You are now logged in to receive elevator notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply LOGOUT to pause. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Contacts may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, contacts will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless they re-enroll by replying START or LOGIN.
Contacts may also reply LOGOUT to temporarily pause messages and reply LOGIN at any time to resume receiving messages.

Eletech does not use this SMS program to send marketing, promotional, advertising, fundraising, or solicitation messages. The program is limited to operational notifications for authorized contacts and administrators.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, traded, or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent data and mobile phone numbers are used solely to provide authorized elevator operational communications to designated contacts and administrators.
Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the SMS messaging platform, such as SMS delivery or technology providers, and only as needed to provide the service.
Message frequency varies depending on operational needs and elevator activity. Contacts who have opted in will receive messages each time an elevator emergency or maintenance call is handled for their designated elevators. Administrators may also receive missed call and system status notifications. Message and data rates may apply.
Access to SMS systems and recipient information is restricted to authorized personnel. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect SMS contact information and consent records.
We may retain SMS opt-in records, opt-out records, message records, and related communication preferences for compliance, audit, legal, and operational purposes.
Operational SMS alerts sent to authorized contacts and administrators designated by elevator companies regarding call summary reports, dispatch status updates, missed call and system status notifications, and other elevator operational alerts. Recipients are enrolled by their elevator company through the Eletech portal and receive an SMS invitation containing the full consent disclosure. By replying LOGIN, recipients confirm consent and begin receiving
messages. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
